摘要 本人认为"呼愁"是理解帕穆克作品的一片钥匙,主要从三个方面对其进行了论证:冲突与现代的矛盾、东西方间的冲突以及自我与"他我"间的争斗,从而得出这样的结论:帕穆克的作品是一曲哀怨动人、发人深省的"呼愁",是一曲帝国忧思的挽歌,而其作品之美就在弥漫其中的"呼愁"感。 This paper holds that "htizUn (melancholy) " is a key to understand Orhan Pamuk's works, which is discussed in three aspects as follows: the contradiction between the modem and the tradition, the conflicts between the east and the west, and the struggle between the ego and the "other -self". It comes naturally to the conclusion that Pamuk's works are melodies and requiems which care for the destiny and fate of his own country. Therefore, the beauty of Pamuk's works lies in the sense of melancholy permeated in his whole works.
