三维适形放疗治疗残胃再发癌近期疗效观察

Effect of three-dimensional conformal radiation on cancer of gastric remnant

目的:回顾性分析三维适形放射治疗残胃再发癌的近期疗效。方法:采用多叶光栅技术,10MV-X线,5-7个共面或非共面固定射野。90%等剂量曲线包绕靶区并以该等剂量线作为处方剂量,边缘剂量200cGy,每日治疗1次,每周治疗5次,剂量4000cGy复查CT,根据CT适当调整照射靶区和照射剂量。总剂量6000cGy或以上。结果:治疗后3个月、6个月复查CR分别为2/10、3/10,PR为6/10、5/10。随访9-48个月,最短存活8个月,1年生存50%,2年生存10%,3年生存10%。结论:三维适形放射治疗通过对治疗计划的优化,对不能接受根治切除手术的病人的治疗是必要的、有效的。

Objective：To observe the short - term curative effects of radiotherapy on cancer of gastric remnant. Methods： The predominant method of treatment was a 5 - 7field technique by 10my - X line, leaflness grating. The daily radiation doses were 2 Gy for 5 days a week . The total doses was sixty GY or more. Results： Two and 3 of 10 patients achieved an initial CR after treatment 3 months and 6 months respectively ,6 and 5 of 10 patients achieved an initial PR after treatment 3 months and 6 months respectively,one -year suavival rate was 50% ,two -year suavival rate was 10%, three - year suavival rate was 10%. Conclusion： For patients with cancer of gastric remnant 3DCRT is a high effective method.
