89例老年癌性疼痛止痛治疗不良反应的临床分析

The side-effect analysis about 89 cancerous pain of the aged patients

目的:观察老年癌性疼痛治疗的不良反应。方法:89例老年癌性疼痛患者严格执行三阶梯止痛,对出现的副反应进行分析。结果:89例患者I级疼痛11例,II级疼痛27例,III级疼痛51例,不良反应包括:皮疹6例,恶心呕吐18例,黑便1例,便秘44例,高血压6例,昏迷2例,头晕嗜睡10例,其他2例。结论:老年癌性疼痛三阶梯止痛治疗便秘发生率极高,在治疗中应给予预防和治疗。

Objective： To bserve the side - effect of cancerous pain of the aged patients. Methods ： To analyse side - effect of 89 cases of the aged cancer patients, who given three steps analgesic ladder. Results：Among 89 cases 1st degree 11, 2nd degree 27,3rd degree 51. The side -effect were nausea and vertigo 10, constipation 44, somnolence 18, high - blood - press 6, coma 2, dark stools 1, cutaneous eruption 6. Conclusion： Constipation is high in cancerous pain of the aged patients.
