摘要 在Chiralcel AD-H[直链淀粉-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)手性固定相]手性柱上拆分了氟环唑外消旋体,考察了醇的结构和含量对氟环唑外消旋体手性拆分的影响。氟环唑外消旋体的最佳拆分条件为:V(正己烷)∶V(无水乙醇)=70∶30。 The epoxiconazole was separated on a Chiralcel AD-H (amylose tris-(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)) chiral column, using hexane as the mobile phase with various alcohols as moditiers. The influence of the mobile phase composition on the enantioselectivity was discussed. The optimum separation was achieved using n-hexane-ethanol(70:30, V/V) as the mobile phase.
