摘要
采用微波加热法进行分子筛的合成晶化,同时在制备过程中加入碱金属盐作为助剂,使得分子筛晶体粒径更小,形成的晶粒更加均匀。研究结果表明,将微波法与碱金属盐合用可以明显改善反应条件,晶化时间10 min,晶化温度100℃,合成分子筛粒径约为400 nm。
The preparation of ultra-fine zeolite is an important research topic. In this study, the microwave heating method was used to synthesize zeolite crystals, and in the course of zeolite preparation an alkali metal salt was added as the promoter to make the grain size of zeolite crystals smaller and more uniform. The study results showed that a combination of microwave heating method with alkali metal salt could apparently improve the reaction condition, which required a crystallization time of 3 minutes and a crystallization temperature of 100℃, resulting in a synthetic zeolite with a grain size equating to around 400 nm.
