摘要
目的探索压力性尿失禁(SUI)大鼠耻尾肌结构改变情况,以探讨和评价含低指标时盆低肌肉中的异常变化。方法利用免疫组化方法检测压力性尿失禁大鼠与正常大鼠盆底耻尾肌中神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)、血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)和α-肌动蛋白的变化,并用计算机图象扫描对其进行量化和统计。结果免疫组化图象分析示SUI模型大鼠与正常对照相比较,耻尾肌中的α-肌动蛋白、VIP和NPY明显减少。结论SUI时盆底肌肉功能障碍与VIP、NP和Y肌动蛋白的减少有关。
Objective To investigate the functional and structural changes of pubococcygeus in rats with stress urinary incontinence (SUI).Methods The expression of neuropeptide Y (NPY), vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and α-actin in pubococcygeus muscles of both SUI and normal rats were examed by immunohistochemical staining. The results were analyzed by scaning images and semiquantitative evaluation. Results The immunoreactivity score of α-actin, VIP and NPY in model rats were signifigantly lower than those of control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The reduction of α-actin, VIP and NPY was related to the muscle dysfunction of pelvicfloor when SUI happened.
