老年2型糖尿病患者内脂素水平测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨内脂素与老年2型糖尿病的关系。方法选择糖尿病组61例,对照组67例,分别记录所有患者的年龄、身高、体重,计算体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR),测定空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL),应用ELISA法测定血清内脂素(visfatin)水平。结果2型糖尿病患者内脂素、WHR、FBG、PBG、TG明显高于对照组(P<0.01);2组间年龄、BMI、FINS、TC、HDL、LDL均无统计学意义(P>0.05),相关分析显示内脂素水平分别与WHR、FBG、TG呈正相关,尤与WHR、FBG呈显著正相关。结论内脂素具有胰岛素样降糖作用,可能参与老年2型糖尿病和肥胖的发病机制。
