摘要
纳米润滑材料是由纳米添加剂、基础油和其他功能添加剂组成,被认为是最值得重视的纳米材料之一。简要介绍了纳米润滑添加剂研究的状况和研究趋势,包括纳米润滑添加剂的主要类型和品种、纳米润滑添加剂制备的主要方法和原理、纳米润滑添加剂的润滑作用类型与机理、纳米粒子分析方法与原理等。认为纳米润滑添加剂的工艺研究与产业化、复合纳米润滑添加剂协和作用的研究、纳米润滑添加剂的分析评定和标准化研究以及环保型纳米润滑添加剂是纳米润滑添加剂研究的主要趋势。
Nanoparticles lubricating material consists of nanoparticles additive, base oil and other function additives. It is considered to be one of the most important nanoparticles materials. In this paper, the research status and development trend of nanoparticles lubricating additives are presented briefly, including the main type and variety, the main method and principle of the preparation, the lubricating type and mechanism, the analysis method and principle of nanoparticles lubricating additives, and so on. It is thought that the technical research and industrialization, nanoparticles lubricating additives complex, the analysis and standardization, the environmental protection nanoparticles lubricating additives are the main trend of the research of nanoparticles lubricating additives.
