摘要
介绍了一种碱值380 mgKOH/g以上含钙、镁、钠的复合金属型清净剂的基本性能及其在油品中的应用情况。采用红外光谱法、热失重法表征了该产品的基本结构及产品中碱性组分碳酸盐的晶型结构;通过冷冻蚀刻电镜法观察了含碳酸盐的胶体粒子结构及粒度分布情况;模拟试验结果表明:该清净剂产品具有优良的高温清净性、热稳定性、极压抗磨性及胶体稳定性,在加氢基础油、CF柴油机油以及工业齿轮油中有良好的适应性,是一种性能优良的润滑油添加剂。
The properties and application of a composite type lubricating oil detergent containing calcium, magnesium and sodium with over 380 mgKOH/g were introduced. The basic structure and carbonate.crystal structure of this product were characterized by IR spectroscopy and TGA; The structure and distribution of carbonate - contained miceUe were observed by freeze- etching replication transmission electronic microscopy. The simulation test results showed that the product has good high temperature detergency, thermal stability, EP & AW properties and colloidal stability. In addition, as an excellent lubricating oil additive, the product has good adaptability in hydrogenated base oils, CF diesel engine oils and industrial gear oils.
