摘要
通过对几种振动拌和方案的分析,讨论了对振动拌和方案的选择方法及影响因素,认为对于RCC和SFRC,较好的振动拌和方案为振动与搅拌相结合:根据RCC和SFRC的物理力学性能及结构流变特性,选择了周期式立轴振动拌和方案,并对其试验样机的设计进行了详细分析,提出使用该样机并合理选择参数,可使搅拌达到较好效果。
The choosing approaches and impact factors of vibrating mixing schemes are discussed by analyzing several schemes of vibrating mixing. It is considered that the combination of vibrating and mixing is a better choice for RCC and SFRC. The vibrating mixing scheme for periodic vertical shaft according to the physical and chemical properties and flowage feature of structure. The prototype for test is analyzed in detail. It is claimed that the adoption and reasonable parameters can bring better effect to mixing.
