摘要
为了研制出一种集成化、模块化的二次控制装置来取代传统的继电器控制,笔者叙述了全封闭组合电器(GIS)二次控制技术的现状,分析了这种控制方式的优缺点,并针对生产和运行过程中的状况,提出了模块化、集成化控制器的设计思路。介绍了这种集成式GIS二次控制器(以下简称集成式控制器)的功能、原理及主要部件的选型。基于这种控制器技术的二次控制方式可达到节约线缆、缩短装配时间、简化设计、提高生产效率和增强设备可靠性的效果。
To develop an integrated, modular secondary control device to replace the traditional relay controller, this paper elaborates current status of the secondary control technology of GIS, analyzes its advantage and disadvantage, and brings forward a design scheme of modularized and integrated controller. It also introduces the function and principle of the integrated controller, and the model of the main component. Using this kind of integrated controller can save cable, shorten assembling time, simplify design, improve productivity, and strengthen reliability of the equipment.
