摘要
为了在对接前对断路器本体进行测试来反映断路器本体的装配状况,笔者设计并试制了一种测力装置,采用专门液压机构匀速操作SF6断路器,测量合闸和分闸过程中操作力的变化。实际测试显示,正常断路器的操作力分布在一个确定的范围,操作力的变化和断路器分闸速度有确定关系,基于操作力的测量能够分析判断断路器的装配质量。
In order to test the circuit breaker body before joined to understand its assembly status, a force measurement device, in which a hydraulic mechanism operates SF6 circuit breaker at uniform speed, was developed for measuring the driving forces during closing and opening processes. The measurement shows that the driving forces of a normal circuit breaker vary in a limited range, and the opening speed of the circuit breaker depends on the driving force. Therefore, the quality eontrol of circuit breaker assembling can be realized based on the driving force measurement.
