不同量乳糖摄入对成年BALB/c小鼠小肠乳糖酶活性的影响

EFFECT OF DIFFERENT DOSAGE OF LACTOSE INTAKES ON LACTASE ACTIVITY IN SMALL INTESTINE OF ADULT BALB/C MICE

[目的]研究不同量乳糖摄入对成年BALB/c小鼠小肠乳糖酶活性的影响。[方法]46只成年BALB/c小鼠随机分为4个不同剂量组,分别给予不同量的牛奶加乳糖灌胃,4周后处死动物测定小肠乳糖酶活性。[结果]对照组、牛奶组、高剂量组小鼠小肠上中下3段乳糖酶活性呈下降趋势,对照组与高剂量乳糖组小鼠小肠中下段乳糖酶活性差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]高乳糖摄入使小肠乳糖酶活性降低,高乳糖进食加重乳糖不耐受者的症状,这可能与小肠乳糖酶活性降低有关。

[Objective] To study the effect of different dosage of lactose intakes on lactase activity in small intestine of adult BALB/c mice.[Methods]46 adult BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 4 different lactose dose groups,the four groups were given milk with different dosages of lactose for 4 weeks respectively.Finally thet were sacrificed to determine the lactase activity in small intestine.[Results]There was a gradually descending tendency of lactase sctivity in upside,middle and below small intestine in control group,milk group and high dose group.Significant difference was found between control group and high dose group in middle and below intestine（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] High dosage of lactose intakes decreases the lactase sctivity in small intestine,so high lactose intake may aggravate the syndrome of lactose intolerance,which may be associated with decreasing the lactase activity in small intestine.
