摘要
[目的]分析乡镇卫生院管理工作的重点,为提高乡镇卫生院的管理效率提供参考依据。[方法]采用分层随机整群抽样、问卷调查法和定性访谈法,调查了四川省四个县36个乡镇卫生院的36位院长和13位副院长。[结果]管理制度建设与措施、人力资源、业务用房面积、病人满意度这四个要素是卫生院院长关注的重点。[结论]乡镇卫生院院长的经营理念正在逐渐转变,但还需进一步加强管理,提高卫生院运行效率。
[ Objective] To analysis the important point of management in township hospitals, and to provide reference for improving their management efficiency. [Methods] By the stratum cluster sampling method, investigation with questionnaires and in-depth interview, 36 principals and 13 vice-principals from 36 township hospitals in Sichuan province were selected to investigate. [ Results] Management system construction and measures, human resource, square measure of work houses, satisfaction of patients were the main factors which the hospital chief paid more attention to. [Conclusion] The management concept of township hospital principals are changing gradually, but further management is needed to improve the efficiency of township hospital.
