延安市809名大学生艾滋病知识态度行为调查

INVESTIGATION ON THE KNOWLEDGE,ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR ABOUT AIDS AMONG UNIVERSITY STUDENTS IN YAN’AN

[目的]了解延安市大学生艾滋病相关知识、态度和个人行为,以便探索在大学生中更有效地开展艾滋病健康教育的方法。[方法]2006年5月,分层随机整群抽取延安大学1～3年级部分大学生进行问卷调查。[结果]调查809名大学生,大多数知晓艾滋病的基本知识,对母婴传播和艾滋病非传播途径的知晓率较低,多数知识的知晓率医学生与非医学生的差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);60%以上的学生认为应强行隔离HIV携带者,70%左右认为艾滋病病人应继续学习和工作,30%表示不会与艾滋病病人平等相处,40%左右表示会主动获取艾滋病相关知识,认为为了预防艾滋病应推广安全套者所占比例非医学生为71.61%,医学生为78.31%(P﹤0.05);赞成多个性伴侣的占12.86%,赞成商业性行为者占10.63%,承认发生过性行为者占3.71%。[结论]延安市大学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率不高,态度不正确,存在危险行为。在学校开展艾滋病健康教育是预防学生艾滋病的最方便和有效的途径之一。

[Objective] To investigate the current status and the impact factors of AIDS KAP among university students in Yan＇an, and to provide evidences for efficiently conducting AIDS preventive education. [ Methods ] In May 2006, anony- mous survey was carried out among 809 students in 1 to 3 grades in Yanan University by stratified sampling and cluster sam- pling. [ Results ] 809 students were investigated, majority had essential knowledge about AIDS, but was lack of knowledge about mother-baby dissemination and no route of transmission of AIDS. There isn＇t significant difference in the awareness rates of most AIDS related knowledge between medical students and nonmedieal students （ P 〉 0.05） ; over 60% of the students thought that carriers of HIV should be isolated by force ; about 70% of them considered AIDS patients should continue to study and work; 30% of them indicate the）＇ will not get along well with AIDS patients, about 40% of them showed they will not actively obtain AIDS related knowledge; 71.61% of nonmedical students thought that the utilization of condom should be spread for prevention of AIDS as well as 78.31%of the medical students （P 〈 0.05） ; Students in favor of several sexual companions and commercial sexual behavior accounted for 12.86% and 10.63%, respectively. [Conclusion] University students in Yan＇an had the low rate of AIDS related knowledge and incorrect attitude, and they have risk behaviors. It is one of the most efficient and convenient methods to develop AIDS health education at school for preventing AIDS among the students.
