急性有机磷农药中毒患者血淀粉酶和血糖变化的研究

STUDY ON THE CHANGE OF BLOOD AMYLASE AND GLUCOSE IN THE PATIENTS WITH ACUTE INTOXICATION OF ORGANOPHOSPHORUS PESTICIDE

[目的]探讨急性有机磷中毒患者血液淀粉酶和血糖的变化及其临床意义。[方法]选取62例急性有机磷农药中毒患者及70例健康对照者,测定血液AMS活性和血糖水平,并分别进行比较。[结果]急性有机磷农药中毒患者,血液中AMS活性和血糖水平明显升高,且与中毒程度有关,中毒越重,升高越明显。[结论]检测急性有机磷农药中毒患者血液中AMS活性和血糖浓度,对判断病情,指导治疗有重要的临床意义。

[ Objective ] To explore the change of blood amylase and Glucose and its clinical significance in patients with cute intoxication of organophosphorus pesticide. [Methods] The serum amylase activity and blood glucose level in 62 patients with organophosphorus pesticide Intoxication were detected and compared. [ Results] The results showed that the serum amylase activity and blood glucose level in the patients with cute intoxication of organophosphorus pesticide were significantly higher than those of the control group. The two parameters increased greatly with the increasing degree of intoxication. [Conclusion] The serum amylase activity and blood glucose level in the patients with acute intoxication of orgarlophosphorus pesticide have important clinical significant in guiding treatment and judging condition of diseases.
