体外循环心脏手术神经系统损伤对血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶浓度的影响

摘要 [目的]了解体外循环心脏手术神经系统损伤和神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平之间的关系,用以指导临床工作。[方法]随机抽取体外循环心脏术后有神经系统损伤患者20例,没有神经系统损伤患者20例,测量两组患者围术期不同时点NSE浓度,并纳入重复测量模型进行统计学分析。[结果]有神经系统损伤组患者术后各时点NSE水平均明显高于无神经系统损伤组。[结论]体外循环心脏术后有神经系统损伤时,NSE水平明显升高。 [ Objective] To investigate the relationship of central lesion during the open-heart operation in cardiopul- monary bypass with neuronspecifie enolase, so as to instruct our clinic works, [Methods] 20 patients with central lesion and 20 patients without central lesion after open-heart operation in eardiopulmonary bypass were randomly selected. The concentrations of NSE among patients of two groups were measured and the results were bring into the repetition measurement model to pefform statistical analysis. [Results] The levels of NSE in the patients ~ith central lesion at each time point were significantly higher than those in the patients without central lesion. [Conclusion] When central lesion presents after open-heart operation in CPB. the levels of NSE will obviously increase.
