摘要
[目的]分析鼻窦黏液囊肿致眼部并发症的临床特征,临床表现和治疗方法。[方法]对17例采用鼻内镜鼻内途径手术患者的病变部位,临床表现,鼻内镜鼻内途径手术治疗的效果和预后进行分析。[结果]全部病例术后痊愈,眼部症状消失,随访6月～2年无复发。[结论]鼻窦黏液囊肿致眼部并发症应及早确诊,及时手术,以保护视功能。
[Objective] To analyses the clinical characteristic, clinical expression and treatment with eye complications induced by mucocele of nasal sinus. [Methods] 17 cases treated with endoscope by intranasal operation were collected, whose pathological place, clinical expression, effects and prognosis of intranasal operation with endoscope were analyzed. [Results] All cases were recovered after operation, and their eye complications disappeared. After followed up for 6 months to 2 years no recurrent patients were found. [Conclusion] Eye complications of mueocele of nasal sinus should be early diagnosed and timely treated so as to protect the visual function.
