头孢哌酮对术后切口止血的影响

Clinical Observation of the Effect of Cefoperazone on Postoperative Hemostasis of Incisional Wound

目的:观察头孢哌酮对手术止血功能的影响,为术前抗感染用药提供参考。方法:择期剖腹手术患者60例随机均分为头孢哌酮用药组与对照组,观察2组术前、术后凝血功能指标变化,记录术中失血量、输血量、止血时间。结果:头孢哌酮用药组的凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间、部分凝血酶原时间比对照组长,术中失血量、输血量和手术止血时间均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术前应用头孢哌酮5d以上,术中失血量、输血量增加,手术后止血时间延长。

OBJECTIVE： To observe the effect of cefoperazone on the surgical haemostastic outcome so as to offer reference for preoperative anti - infection medication. METHODS： A total of 60 patients undergoing laparotomy were randomly divided into medication group （cefoperazone） or control group. The blood coagulation functional parameter changes of the 2 groups before and after operation were observed, and the intraoperative blood loss volume, blood infusion volume, and the haemostatic time were recorded. RESULTS： The thrombin time, the prothrombin time, partial prothrombin time were all longer, and the intraoperative blood loss volume and blood infusion volume and the haemostatic time were all more in cefoperazone-treated group than in control group （P 〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Preoperative use of cefoperazone for more than 5 days resulted in increased blood loss volume and blood transfusion volume and prolonged postoperative hemostasitc time.
