硫普罗宁治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Tiopronin for Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

目的:观察硫普罗宁治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。方法:将104例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为2组:治疗组52例,给予硫普罗宁治疗;对照组52例,给予护肝片治疗。疗程均为3个月。检测2组治疗前后血清氨基转移酶、血脂等指标。结果:治疗组在降低丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬酸氨基转移酶及总胆固醇、三酰甘油方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为92.3%、65.4%,2组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:硫普罗宁治疗非酒精性脂肪肝安全、有效。

OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiopronin in treating non- alcoholic fatty liver disease. METHODS： 104 patients with non- alcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into therapy group and control group： 52 patients in therapy group were treated with Tiopronin for 3 months, and 52 in control group with Hugan tablets （liverprotection tablets） for 3 months. Serum transaminase, blood lipid levels and other parameters in the two groups were detected before and after treatment. RESULTS： The therapy group was superior to the control group in lowering ALT, AST, TC and TG （P〈0.05） . There were significant differences between the therapy group and the control group in total effective rate （92.3% in therapy group versus 65.4% in control group） （P〈0.01） . CONCLUSION： Tiopronin is safe and effective in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
