摘要
2008年北京奥运会遭到一些别有用心政治组织及个人的无端抵制,这种抵制行为与《联合国宪章》所确立的"不干涉内政"原则相违背,也违反了作为国际习惯法的《奥林匹克宪章》的规定,破坏了国际法律秩序,违反了《奥林匹克宪章》,损害了国际社会整体利益,严重违反了国际法准则,与奥林匹克精神相违背。这种违背奥林匹克精神,逆国际社会主流民意的行为终究是不得人心的,更是难以得逞的。2008年北京奥运会必将作为一届"有特色、高水平"的奥运盛会永载史册。
Beijing 2008 Olympic Games are suffered from boycotts of some political organization with ulterior motives without any reasons. The boycotts of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games breach the Principle of Nonintervention which established in the Charter of the United Nations, breach the regulation of the Olympic Charter, as customary international law , violate the international legal order and the Olympic Charter, damage the wholly interests of the international community, violate the international law seriously, and breach the Olympic spirit. The boycotts which run counter to the Olympic spirit and the international community mainstream of public opinion is impossible to succeed. Beijing 2008 Olympic Games certainly will be a successful sports festival which are “characteristics、high-level”and record in Olympic history.
