摘要 Myostatin属于TGF-β超家族的新成员,是骨骼肌生长发育的主要负调控因子,Myostatin基因及其功能的深入研究在如何提高骨骼肌质量与力量方面具有重要意义。对Myostatin的生物学特性及对骨骼肌质量、力量的调控及相关机制进行了综述,为Myostatin分子在运动员选材、运动训练监控、药物筛选、废用性肌肉萎缩等运动医学中的应用提供一定的理论依据。 Myostatin, a member of the transforming growth factor β(TGF-β) family, is a main negative regulator of muscle growth. The study of myostatin gene and its function is very important to prompt in muscle mass and strength. The biological function of myostatin, the modulation and mechanism of myostatin on muscle mass and strength are reviewed. The article would provide a theory ground in athlete selection, training monitoring, and selection of drug and therapy of wasting muscle by further study of myostatin in the field of sports medicine.
