摘要
为了解脑波生物反馈训练对竞技状态不安和竞技能力及前额部的脑波变化,5名女子高中气枪射击运动员,每周进行了3次训练,时间为30 min,共进行8 w,训练前/后进行了2次脑波测试,竞技状态不安和竞技能力进行了3次重复测量,脑波生物反馈训练和脑波测试道具是生物反馈系统。左/右脑波的wilcoxon检验结果:(a)训练前/αSMR波的比率在左半球增加了反映安定状态的α波,但是各对应的脑波没有出现差别;(b)注意力训练时α/SMR波的比率在左半球增加了反映注意力的SMR波,右半球增加了α波,各对应的脑波在左半球增加了SMR波,右半球增加了θ波;(c)训练后/αSMR波比率没有出现变化,各对应的脑波在左"右半球中出现了θ波的增加,竞技不安的Friedman的检验结果,只有认知因素出现了减少,竞技能力没有出现差别。
This study is to examine competitive state anxiety, competition performance and electroencephalogram (EEG) changes of frontal when biofeedback training was conducted with five rifle shooting players of girls' high school. Experiment was conducted for 30min through three times a week for 8 weeks. Electroencephalogram was measured twice before and after EEG bio - feedback training and competitive state anxiety and competition performance were measured repeatedly by three times. EEG bin - feedback raining and its measurement instrument included Neuro - Feedback system (Brain tech Corp., Korea). As a result of Wilcox on test for left and right brain waves, (a) Alpha/SMR wave ratio in stability state before training showed a significant increase of alpha wave reflecting stable state at left brain and brain wave power by each band showed no significant changes. (b) Alpha/SMR wave ratio in concentration training showed a significant increase of SMR wave reflection attention in left brain and of alpha wave in right brain. Ana, in electroencephalogram power by each band, SMR wave of left brain and theta wave of fight brain showed a significant increase. (c) Alpha/SMR wave ratio in stability period after training showed no significant changes and in brain wave power by each band, theta wave of both left and right brain showed significant increase. As a result of Friedman of competitive state anxiety, cognitive factor among sub- factors showed a significant reduction and competition performance showed no significant dieffrence.
