Tb3+离子能够取代钙调素中的钙离子而影响其生物功能,因此可作为荧光探针对钙调素进行研究。概述了Tb3+离子荧光探针对钙调素的研究进展情况。
Because the Tb^3+ can substitute for the Ca^2+ in CaM to affect a series of biological functions of it, therefore Tb^3+ can be used to study CaM as a luminescence probe. The article outlined She progress of Tb^3+ luminescence probe studying on CaM.
