船体与组合推进器系统推力减额特性设计主参数和优化策略研究

摘要 在文献[1]的基础上,提出了评价船后组合推进器推力减额特性的4个指标:整体推力减额效率(1-t1)、转子推力减额效率(1-t2)、组合推进器推力比τ和导管定子阻力比γ。利用CSSRC现存试验数据运用简单对比和统计分析方法,给出了诸设计参数对这些指标影响的显著性和规律性。推荐采用受控于全部主参数的指标(1-t2)作为船体与组合推进器相互干扰特性优化的总目标,提出了用部分主参数控制的对应分目标优化和迭代来实现总目标优化的简明策略。实例计算表明,优化设计船体尾型主参数LRD、CPR和推进器主参数ex/AP的搭配,可大幅度提高船后组合推进器的推力减额效率。 On the basis of author's published reference, for the assessment of the thrust deduction characteristics of the composite propulsor behind a ship,4 evaluation indices were recommended:the tatal thrust deduction factor (1-t1), thrust deduction factor (1-t2) defined by the rotor, thrust ratio τ of rotor to composite propulsor, resistance ratio γ of the duct+stator to the ship hull. Through comparison of and statistically analyzing the existing experimental data,the relative significance of the design parameters affecting each feature was discussed, and the relationship between these indices and the significant parameters was established.It is suggested that the index (1-t2) controlled by all the primary design parameters could be used as the total objective for the hull/propulsor interaction characteristic optimization,which can be carried out by sub-objective optimization controlled by parts of the design parameters and iteration procedure.Case study shows that remarkable increase in the thrust deduction efficiency could be achieved by optimizing the arrangement of the after-body parameters LRD, CPR and propulsor parameter Aex/Ap.
