山西省大力发展高附加值加工业的思考

Reflection on the Development of the High Value-Added Processing Sector in Shanxi Province

山西转变经济发展方式、调整优化产业结构的着力点应放在发展高附加值加工业上。由于加工业还没有充分体现出我省的资源优势,结构层次较低、生产规模较小,因此,要做大做强我省加工业,重点应按照比较优势和市场需求,统筹规划核心资源,着力培育品牌产品,确立产业组织形式,同时,要不断改革体制机制,增强加工业发展的动力。

Shanxi Province should focus on the development of the high value-added processing sector in transforming the mode of economic development and promoting regulating and upgrading the industrial structure. As the processing sector in the province is small in scale, it has not given full expression to the province＇ s advantage in resources. In order to make greater efforts to develop the sector, the local governments need to make overall plans and take all core resources into consideration according to the comparative advantage and market demand, focus on cultivating brand-name products,set the organizational form for the sector and constantly innovate on the restructuring and mechanisms.
