The Supplement Function of Student Association’s Quality Education

高校学生社团是按照社团管理规定成立的学生群众组织。学生社团具有对素质教育的补充功能,成为学习型社会组织的补充,个性化教育的集约补充,课堂教学校内实践补充,学生快乐学习的补充。故此,规范学生社团管理,放手学生社团活动,激发学生社团成员潜能,是高等学校学生工作不可缺少的部分。

College student association is a students＇ mass organization which is built on the regulations of association management. Student association has the obvious supplement function to Quality Education, which becomes the supplement of learning social organization, the intensive supplement of individualized education, the practical supplement of classroom teaching and the supplement of students＇ happy study. Therefore, regulating management of student associations, loosing student mass organization activities, motivating the potential of the members of student association are the indispensable parts of the students＇ work of higher colleges and universities.
