摘要 前几年在高等教育大众化进程加速的背景下,许多高校纷纷合并,以实现高等教育重组。事到如今合并院校发展速度与办学水平出现了较大差距,这涉及到多方面原因。该文结合自身实践,试从社会心理学角度,就如何实现合并院校成员心理相容,促进高校和谐发展进行探讨和研究,以促进高等教育的健康与发展。 Many colleges have been combined to achieve higher education reorganization in the process of the popularization of higher education few years ago. Now merging colleges develop a large gap between the level of running schools and the pace of development, which involves various reasons. In this paper, author puts forward his own views how to enhance the level of running schools to promote higher education in health and development from the perspective of social psychology in light of own practice and psychological acceptance.
