水通道蛋白4在脑出血后脑水肿中的表达研究 被引量:1

摘要 脑水肿是脑出血后脑组织的继发改变之一,也是导致脑组织二次损伤的关键因素。脑出血后脑水肿形成的机制是一个多因素参与的复杂的过程,其机制尚未完全阐明,目前对各种机制的研究也较多。水通道蛋白(aquaporirt,AQP)是影响水跨膜转运和调节细胞内外环境平衡的膜蛋白,其中AQP4在成熟的大脑中含量最为丰富,
