环氧氯丙烷生产工艺危险源分析与评估

摘要 对某化工厂在环氧氯丙烷生产过程中存在的危险源进行辨识,采用模糊综合评价方法对其危险性综合评价。利用层次分析法将该厂的危险系统层次化,得出各危险源对整个系统影响的危险性权重,并进行排序,列出危险性较大的几个危险源以及与之对应的防护措施。利用模糊层次综合分析方法,注重生产中的模糊危险因素,考虑各因素之间的模糊性影响。根据该厂的实际情况提出具体的防护措施。 As an emerging product ,epichlorohydrin was widely used in many fields. For example, pharmaceutical, tobacco, food explosives and so on. With domestic operation size increasing and the technology was not mature enough, there were lots of dangerous sources in the production process and places. So if no effective preventive measures were taken, fire and explosion accident would have come easily. Setted a specific chemical plant as an example, first identified various dangerous sources existed in the process of production comprehensively, and then used the AHP to make danger system leveled, came to the risk weights of which every source related to the whole system ,the results was ranked to find out major dangerous sources and its corresponding protective measures considering the actual situation of the plant, the most suitable was chosen out. Finally, list concrete measures to ensure the safety of the plant production.
