DNA改组技术及其在蛋白类药物定向进化中的应用

摘要
自DNA重组(DNA shuffling)技术诞生以来,作为现代生物技术核心的基因工程技术得到了飞速的发展,特别是改组技术在基因重组,分子、蛋白蛋进化等领域得到了快速的发展,开创了定向分子进化的新纪元。和常规进化相比,定向进化具有快速、高效的特点。比随机诱变显著地提高了良性突变的概率,且改组技术的方法巧妙,重点突出,着重实效,
