以Ⅰ型胶原缓释重组人骨形态发生蛋白-2复合新型多孔硫酸钙支架修复兔大段桡骨缺损的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 骨缺损的修复一直是骨科基础研究的热点也是临床工作中的难点之一。组织工程学技术为解决这一难题提供了新的思路和方法。在联用支架和成骨活性因子修复骨缺损时由于大多成骨活性因子在骨缺损局部被迅速降解或随体液扩散而不能持久均匀地分布在骨缺损部位,难以发挥理想的成骨作用,因而寻找一种成骨活性因子的缓释材料成为近年来的研究热点。
