干扰素联合沙丁胺醇、布地奈德雾化吸入佐治毛细支气管炎疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察重组人干扰素α-2b联合沙丁胺醇与布地奈德雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎临床疗效。方法:74例婴幼儿毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为两组各37例。对照组给予常规综合治疗,观察组在常规综合治疗基础上给予注射用重组人干扰素α-2b、0.5%沙丁胺醇雾化溶液加布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率97.30%,明显高于对照组67.57%(P<0.01),止咳时间、喘憋缓解时间和肺部啰音消失时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:重组人干扰素α-2b联合沙丁胺醇与布地奈德雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎有确切疗效。 Objective: To study the effect of atomization inhalation of recombinant human interferon α-2b (INF α-2b), salbutamol and budesonide on bronchiolitis in children. Methods: 74 children with bronchiolitis were divided into treatment group (37 cases) and control group (37 cases). Regular treatment was given to control group. While treatment group was added with atomization inhalation of INF α-2b, salbutamol and budesonide. The clinic effects were observed. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group (97.30%) were significantly higher than that of control group (67.57%). The resolving time of main symptom and sign in treatment group was shorter than that in control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions:The atomization inhalation of INF α-2b, salbutamol and budesonide are effective for the treatment of bronchiolitis in children.
