植酸酶与植酸酶转基因动物的研究进展

摘要 植酸酶能专一分解植酸及其盐类物质,形成禽、畜可直接利用的磷酸和肌醇磷酸。同时可解除植酸的抗营养作用,从而提高饲料中磷的利用率,降低饲料成本,减轻磷污染,保护生态环境,并有效防止与植酸有关的动物消化系统疾病,因而近年来对植酸酶的研究日益增多。笔者介绍了植酸酶基因转基因动物的研究进展。
