摘要
重心控制贯穿于飞机设计、制造以及飞行的全过程,在总体布局方案设计阶段就应给予高度的重视。首先分析了飞机总体布局方案设计阶段对重心控制的特殊要求;然后建立了布局优化的数学模型并采用改进的遗传算法进行求解,实现了飞机横截面内的重心优化,并最小化了布局空间;最后在Pro/E中建立布局仿真模型,利用搜索法实现飞机纵向重心的调节。
COG (Center of Gravity) control runs through the whole process of the aircraft design,manufacture and aviation, sufficient attention must be paid to it in the period of layout scheme design. Firstly, expatiated special requests of COG control in aircraft layout scheme design. Secondly,set up mathematical model for layout optimization and made a calculation by improved genetic algorithm to achieve COG optimization in the cross section of the aircraft ,meanwhile minimized layout vessel. Finally, set up imitated model in Pro/E and realized COG adjustment in lengthways by searching algorithm.
