摘要
针对多孔类零件数控加工的工艺复杂性,提出了基于CATIA的自动编程系统框架结构,并对其关键技术进行了研究。多孔类零件自动编程系统由孔群加工路径优化、数控刀轨生成与图形仿真、数控刀轨检验与分析、后置处理4个模块组成,能实现CAD/CAM/CNC系统之间的数据共享与集成和NC代码的准确高效生成。
This paper puts forward the frame construction machining complexity demands of multihole parts, and of an automatic programming system in connection with the numerical researches into the key techniques of the system. The automatic programming system consists of four modules, which are multiple-hole drilling path optimization, NC cutter path generation graphic emulation,NC cutter path inspection & analysis ,post processor. The system implements data sharing and integration among CAD/CAM/CNC system,generates NC codes quickly and effectively.
