摘要 以数据采样法为基础,提出了一种正切控制算法,通过直线和圆弧插补分析,实现了C轴沿曲线轮廓切线方向进行插补的功能,并改进了数据采样插补算法,实现了四象限统一编程和自动过象限。 Based on the principle of the time-slicing method,a tangent control algorithm is put forward. Through the analysis of linear interpolation and circular interpolation,the function of C axis interpolation along tangential direction of the curve's contour has been realized. It also improved the time-slicing algorithm and realized identical programming in four different quadrants and automatic passing quadrant.
