摘要
自激振动是数控刀具切削振动的主要形式。通过建立切削振动物理模型,分析数控刀具产生切削振动的主要原因,提出了在刀具的选择和使用过程中抑制激振力、提高刀具抗振性、消除切削振动的方法。
Self-excited vibration is the main chatter form of NC tools. By establishing the physical vibration model and analyzing the main reasons of chatter,the paper proposes that selecting right tool can restrain exciting force and improve antivibration capability of the tool.
