摘要
对20MnMo与15MnNbR间熔透角焊缝裂纹进行了分析,分析得出裂纹主要是由于化学成分不符合标准要求及不当焊接工艺造成,同时提出了一些措施以防止裂纹的产生。
This paper focuses on analysis of the fusion penetration fillet weld crack between 20MnMo and 15MnNbR. And it comes to the conclusion that the primary causes for welding crack are the chemical constituents not in compliance with the standard and the inappropriate use of welding technology. At last,some preventive measures are offered.
