摘要
抛光是金刚石磨料应用的传统领域,即便在今天,抛光包括超精磨仍是精密加工工艺过程中的一个最重要环节。可是,常用的磨料颗粒尺寸均大于0.1μm,已不能满足高级光学玻璃、晶体、宝石和金相表面的超精表面加工要求。纳米金刚石兼具有金刚石和纳米颗粒的双重特性,初步研究结果表明纳米金刚石应该是一种理想的超精抛光材料。纳米金刚石的易团聚性是使其未能大量应用的重要原因,分散与分级技术是其能否实实在在服务于现代工业和科学技术的关键。对其发展现状、团聚与分散及其初步应用的效果等作了简要的阐述。
Polishing is the traditional field of milli-micron diamond applied,the size that tradition grits of diamond used to polish is 1μm-0.1μm,but it has already can't satisfied the applied request of the process of super precision surface. The initial research result indicates that the nano-diamond should he a kind of ideal polishing material for super precision polishing process. The easy family reunion of nano-diamond is an important factor to affect it application. This paper does the synopsis to elaborate the nano- diamonds family reunion and dispersion and its initial applied result etc.
