多目标规划是进行水资源优化调度的一种重要方法,针对区域水资源优化调度中涉及多水源、多用途、不同供水区域的特点,根据多目标决策理论,以追求经济、社会、环境综合效益为主要目标,对邯郸市水资源优化调度进行建模求解获得了较好的结果,可为地区水资源优化调度提供较科学的依据。
The multi-objective programming is an important method in carrying on the water resources optimal distribution, in view of the characteristics of multi-water sources, multipurpose and different regional water supply in the region water resources optimal distribution, according to the multi-objective decision making theory, the pursuit of the economic,social and environmental benefits as the main goals to carry on the modelling solution of the Handan water resources optimal distribution to obtain a better result, providing a more scientific basis for the local water resources optimization distribution.
