A Game Analysis on Incentive Mechanism about Troop Construction for University Instructor

加强高校辅导员队伍建设,有利于保证高校持续、稳定、健康发展,有利于把大学生思想政治教育的各项任务落到实处.学校对辅导员的激励,从博弈理论来看,正是学校与辅导员相互决策的博弈过程,由此本文提出建设辅导员队伍激励机制的博弈策略.

Strengthening the university instructor troop construction is advantageous to guarantee university, with continual, stable and health development. And also it is helpful to put political education of university student into practice. Precisely, the school and the instructor are mutual decision - process. So this paper put forward the game strategy to construct incentive mechanism troop.
