摘要
采用商用CFD数值模拟软件对大型水斗式水轮机配水环管的水力性能进行数值模拟研究。模拟结果表明,从配水环管进口到距进口渐远的各出口的水力损失具有逐渐增大的趋势,而且从进口到各出口的平均水力损失随着流量的增大而增大。根据实际需要,对配水环管出口不同的开启组合方案进行模拟,比较后得出性能较优的组合方案,可为指导电站的高效运行提供依据。
With a water distribution pipe with 6 outlets in the Yale Hydropower Plant as an example, the hydraulic properties of water distribution pipe in large-scale Pelton turbine are studied with CFD commereial software. The numerical simulation results show that the hydraulic loss increases gradually from the inlet to the six outlets, and the average hydraulic loss from the inlet to the six outlets increases with the water discharge. Comparison of numerical simulation results of different outlet-opening schemes, according to the actual operating conditions of the Yele Hydropower Plant, yields an optimal outlet-opening scheme that can provide a basis for effective operation of hydropower plants.
