摘要
东部地区新型农村合作医疗发展速度较快,筹资水平和受益面均高于全国平均水平,参合农民住院费用相对较高,流向县级及以上医疗机构的住院病人所占比重高于中西部地区,因此,东部地区要合理分流参合病人,控制医疗费用的不合理增长。
The new cooperative medical scheme （NCMS） went through rapid development in east China. Both the contribution and the overall benefit scale outgo the average national level. The cost for in-patient service of NCMS enrollees is relatively higher, and the ratio inpatients visiting health facilities at county level and above hold is also higher than that in middle and west China. Therefore patients need to be distributed appropriately and irrational increase of medical cost needs to be contained in east China.
