摘要
目的:探讨目标体系的建立、目标值的制定与绩效评价的方法。方法:从医院整体性出发,根据医院的总目标,再制定相应的政策目标、策略目标、实施措施和考核体系。结果:依据构建的目标树和考核指标体系,制定年目标值和月目标值,每月有检查考核,年终有总评价。结论:合理地制定目标,使目标考核评价具有可操作性,并与绩效评价、反馈改进构成为一个整体,实施动态管理,就能真正发挥目标管理的作用。
Objective To discuss the method how to establish the target system, formulate the targeted value and evaluate the performance. Methods On the basis of the total target, we accordingly institute the policy-target, the strategy-target, the implement-measure and the examination-system from the integrity of the hospital. Result We set clown the annual targeted value and the monthly targeted value according to the objective tree and the examination target system.Inspecting and examine every month, appraising totally in the end of the year. Conclusion Setting clown the objective reasonability makes the targeted evaluation operable, which constitutes a whole together with the performance appraisal and the feedback improvement.Based on this whole, we carry out the dynamic management, that bring the management by objective into play well.
