超滤法提纯维生素C发酵液的研究

Study on purification of vitamin C from the fermentation broth by ultrafiltration

维生素C发酵液中存在蛋白质、菌丝体和固体悬浮颗粒等杂质,超滤法提取发酵液中的古龙酸,采用Suntar-Ⅲ膜组件,滤液质量高,过滤收率可以达到99.45%,操作温度为30℃,压力为0.45MPa￣0.50MPa,过滤中的平均膜通量达到110.5L(/m·2h)。

Protein, mycelia, suspended solid particles and other impurities exist in the vitamin C （VC） fermentation broth. The ultrafiltration method was used to extract gulonic acid from the VC fermentation broth through Suntar-Ⅲ membrane. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as followed： operation temperature 3022, operation pressure 0.45-0.50 MPa. Under these conditions, the filteration yield and average membrane flux reached 99.45 % and 110.5 L/（m^2· h）, respectively.
