从冻章鱼和冻杂色蛤中检验哈达尔沙门菌及定量分析的探讨

First detection of Salmonella Hadar in frozen octopus and venerupis variegate and quantitative analysis

为掌握丹东口岸进口冷冻水产品中沙门菌的污染情况和污染程度,采用GB/T4789.4-2003的方法检验和BBLCrystal自动细菌鉴定仪鉴定。结果分别从冻章鱼检出了哈达尔沙门菌,为2.3MPN/g,冻杂色蛤中哈达尔沙门菌<30MPN/100g。

In order to know the situation of Salmonella contamination in import seafood through Dandong Port, the methods of GB/T 4789.4-2003 and BBL Crystal confirmation system were applied to inspecte various seafood. S. Hadar was detected in frozen Octopus （2.3 MPN/g） and Venerupis variegate （〈30 MPN/100 g）.
