摘要
为了研究轿车主减速器螺旋锥齿轮的疲劳寿命,文中应用轿车变速箱总成和单对螺旋锥齿轮闭式试验台,分别对国产某轿车主减速器齿轮进行疲劳试验。试验结果表明,按照规定的试验运转循环载荷加载,该变速箱主动螺旋锥齿轮的使用时间最短;螺旋锥齿轮闭式试验台试验结果和变速箱总成试验台的试验结果相差很大;不能直接用螺旋锥齿轮闭式试验台的疲劳试验结果估算变速箱总成中主动螺旋锥齿轮的疲劳强度和疲劳寿命。最后,对主减速器齿轮在不同试验台上,主动螺旋锥齿轮疲劳寿命变化的原因进行初步分析。
In order to investigate the fatigue life of spiral bevel gear for automobile final drive, the fatigue experiments were performed by transmission assembly and spiral bevel gears. The experimental results show that the first failure part of this transmission assembly is drive pinion; the fatigue life of drive pinion has greater difference under two different test methods. The fatigue life of drive pinion is longer in gear tester than in transmission assembly. The fatigue life of spiral bevel gear can not directly use to estimate the fatigue life of transmission assembly. The primary reasons of drive pinion fatigue life changed largely in transmission assembly and spiral bevel gears are analyzed.
