摘要
运用有限差分法对圆锥形螺旋槽气体动压轴承的静特性进行了数值计算,并对计算结果进行了分析。结果表明:螺旋槽能很好地实现气体轴承动压效应,螺旋槽的螺旋角、槽数、槽深比和槽宽比等对轴承的承载量都有不同程度的影响。
By means of finite difference methods, the numerical analysis is carried out on the static performance of hemispherical spiral groove aerodynamic bearings, and the discussion on the computed results. The results show that the spiral grooves can realize hydrodynamic effect of gas hearings, and the spiral angle, number of groove, trough depth rate and trough width rate have different effects on the carrying capacity of hearings.
