粉煤灰-氧化铝多孔陶瓷的制备 被引量:10

摘要 粉煤灰主要是来源于火电厂与钢铁厂的一种工业固体废弃物,希望利用廉价的粉煤灰和氧化铝研发出高性能的多孔陶瓷,以应用于环境、冶金、化学等工业领域。利用不同配比的粉煤灰、氧化铝及造孔剂,干压成型得到柱状坯体,经高温烧结,制得多孔陶瓷,并用XRD和SEM分别对其物相结构和表面形貌进行了分析。结果表明,粉煤灰与氧化铝的比约为1∶0.9、造孔剂为10%~15%、于1250℃烧结时,可以制备出抗压强度17.3MPa~30.2MPa、显孔隙率30%~48%及孔径大小2~12μm的粉煤灰多孔陶瓷。实验结果将对粉煤灰开发技术的研究具有参考意义。 Large quantity of fly ash is generated on the daily basis from the power and steel industry, and it is treated as a waste. This paper is aimed to utilize the low-cost fly ash for preparing porous ceramics with alumina (Al2O3). Porous ceramics have important applications in many areas such as environment, metallurgy, and chemical engineering. A mixture of fly ash, Al2O3 and pore-forming agents with a series of weight ratios was ground with a ceramic mortar, and then pressed into bars. The bars were sintered at 1250℃ and became porous ceramics. The porosity of the porous ceramic composites is 30- 48%, the pore diameter is 2 - 12μm, and the compressive strength is 17.3 - 30.2 MPa. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used to study the phase structures and the microstructures respectively. This work shall provide some beneficial information on how to reuse the fly ash.
